Christmas 2011
The new tradition on Christmas morning in the Taylor household is you can't get out of bed until you hear the Christmas music blaring throughout the house.
Everytime Landon would open a present he would say "WOW"!
After opening presents we head to Grandpa's house to meet up with the Schnitzius clan. There are 81 of us with 26 family members missing.
Here are the grand kids with spouses and great grand kids alone.
Nana with the grandkids. Aww, don't they look happy?!
Later that evening we headed to Mom and Dad's for our family Christmas.

This was Landon's 2nd Halloween but first trick or treat. We meet up with my sister Jessie, Joey and Lexi. He wasn't sure about the first house but he caught on soon after that. He tried keeping up with the older kids.
Date Night
I forgot to take a picture but Landon and I had out "first" date night Friday night (10.29.11) at Glorias Mexican Restaurant.

Owens Sausage Spring Creek Farm
With the beautiful weather on Saturday we took Landon to the Owens Sausage Spring Creek Farm in Richardson. The farm featured lots of pumpkins, goat feeding, hay rides and a maze. Landon had a really good time.

Family Pictures & 19 Month Pictures
My sister Melissa was gracious enough to take our family picture and Landon's 19 month pictures. It was cold and windy and we took pictures in less than 20 minutes.

Susan G. Komen Walk
On October 15, my sister Melissa and I participated in the 5k walk/run for the Susan G. Komen for the Cure at Northpark. Grandma Virginia "Ginny" Schnitzius who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1964 and beat it but then another form of cancer came back and she passed away in 1968 at the age of 38. My Grandpa Pat Schnitzius carries the BRCA gene and in 2008 at the age of 81 was diagnosed with breast cancer. He has been in remission since then. This is a start of a new tradition!
In memory of Grandma "Ginny" Schnitzius and in honor of Grandpa Pat Schnitzius.
My sister Jessie and her kids met us at the finish line.
Dads Visit 10.08.11
